An Iconic Avalon Beach House

Originally built in the 1950s and newly rebuilt for the 20th century, this home is simply irresistible.  The home's 1517sqm of level land showcases a Japanese inspired garden, a Monet Bridge, a koi pond and a natural watercousre.
The home was featured in House and Garden in '1959' and '1972' and has been finished to a flawless standard for the new era. Offered for sale for only the second time, the rebulid creates a modern coastal abode in the iconic and highly sought after location of Ruskin Rowe in Avalon.  Her open plan features, gorgeous outdoor areas and nooks, sandstone features and light filled airy living spaces create a haven for anyone wanting to live a life in paradise.

And for my Australian readers, I am giving away a $100 gift voucher to spend in a fabulous online homewares store, Allissias Attic Design here. The store is full of beautifully inspired French, vintage and Hamptons style pieces, which I know you will love.

Wishing you all a wonderful and safe Easter.

  3. What an amazing home. I love Ruskin Rowe and I think it's great no one in the street is allowed to chop up the size of the blocks. It's such a unique street and long may it last xx

  5. I don't think there has been a home that you highlighted that I didn't like. Peeps tell me all the time that they want to retire in Australia.
