Avalon Beach Cottage

I really love some of the styling elements in this house.  The contrasting colours, the bold artwork.  The mixture of textures and patterns in the soft furnishings. The vintage chest and curtains, all subtly come together to create a cozy and bespoke living room.

This style continues in the kitchen, with colour coded cook books accenting the art work. The indoor outdoor living areas flow effortlessly to create a very functional home, fabulous for entertaining or just relaxing alone.  There is also a self contained guest suite. She goes to auction this Thursday and if you want to come and live the dream in this beautiful cottage near the sea go here.

  5. I love the built-in cabinetry but I could do without that giant cow staring at me. Not really sure about the artwork in this house. I think it dominates too much. xx

  7. Not sure I like that cow painting Carolyn. My first impression it was a TV screen. Do love the built in cupboards in that room.
