Federation House in Fairlight
This beautiful Federation House has been elegantly renovated to retain many of her period features, whilst the improvements take this comfortable home into the 21st century. Built circa 1902 and only a short walk to Fairlight Beach and Manly, this home would suit downsizers or small families, who still want to live on Sydney's Northern Beaches, but have better access to all the cultural pursuits Sydney city has to offer. You can sit on the front porch, to watch the ferries come in.
Beautifully designed around a private courtyard, this house ticks all the boxes. For more about her go here.
The layout of this home really flows.

This decor is too ornate for me, but I would love to downsize to this area... in about ten years. Great spot, near the ferries and bustle but not too, too close. I'm sure the decor could be simplified a bit too... Very nice frontage too.
