Chatting about Bungan Beach at a dinner party on Saturday night, saw us visiting this lovely beach the next morning, for a leisurely walk. I had never been there, as access is on foot only, so I had never bothered to make the journey. I'm glad I did though, as it is a really lovely spot.
The beach is located on the border between Newport and Mona Vale. There is no Bungan Beach suburb as it were, but lots of people live on and overlooking this beach, in beautiful architecturally designed homes. It's definitely millionaires row.
I do love the approach of Winter on the beaches, because all the tourists have gone and it's easier to park and play in general.
I would love to set up a romantic dinner under that little shelter. Getting everything down and back up the hill, would be interesting.
Have a look around, I hope you enjoy the trip.
We needed a coffee after the walk back up the hill, so stopped in at Harvest in Newport for some light refreshments. That pink couch made it all worth it. I was dreaming of it as I powered back up to the car from the beach.

What a beautiful opening top shot. I wish I could take such beautiful beach shots. Your little princess gets prettier with each post.
ReplyDeleteBonjour,
ReplyDeleteMerci de partager avec nous les photos de ces doux moments passés en famille. Le lieu est magnifique.
Gros bisous ♡
The shack really adds a bit of a mystery and rustic feel to the whole trip! I can just imagine playing with the kids at being stranded on an island with nothing but a lean-to to put all our bits and pieces of wreckage into storage. Fun times :)
