My daughter has started her own Youtube channel and today she is bringing you her recipe for easy Banana Choc Chip Mini Muffins.
They are great for school lunches, or to eat at any time of the day.

This kid keeps me on my toes. If it's not requests to make banana sundaes, it's dioramas of the Blue Mountains complete with three sisters and cable cars . Waaahhhhh
