I thought this cute Avalon Beach Cottage was worth a look and would be something I would consider as an alternative to unit living. I love its bespoke styling and how it can be opened up to take advantage of its Pittwater views and northerly aspect. It's on a large plot of land, so would even be great as an investment for the future. I am always thinking about my kids and how they are ever going to afford to live in Sydney in the future. I could see the biggest Beach House Brat in this one when he is a little older, partying with his mates. To me it looks very zen. Here are her details for any serious players.
I hope your week is travelling well.

ReplyDeleteI could live there due to the location.
Tania xx
Would love to live/vacation there! Simple, clean living -- love it!
ReplyDeleteWhat an idyllic location Carolyn. It's my dream holiday home : )
ReplyDeleteHave a good sunny weekend.
Nice big rooms and the deck, awesome. Everything looks very spare and so roomy, love that. I'm afraid to ask what it might cost. I've seen enuf episodes of House Hunters International in Sydney to know housing is not for the poor there, let alone a beach house. I'd love to live in that house but I'd have it cluttered with all my "stuff'. I'll dream about this house like I dream about visiting Australia. Happy summer
ReplyDeleteit's a great summer house. i love the openness and the big decks!

Lovely, beautiful big windows. Simple is good! Def worry bt my kids being able to afford a house, tricky! xx
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a good first-home owners house. I think we're all wondering how our kids will be able to afford anything in Sydney. I hope they don't have to relocate to Tasmania xx
ReplyDeleteNow THIS is my dream home! So homely and inviting!
ReplyDeleteIt looks a very bijoux little house, very sweet.. but also stunning cos of those lovely views. Enjoyed a peek.
