Beach House Decor A White Bathroom

So gals you will remember this house, which I think is quintessential beach house decor.  Well I visited her on the weekend and today I am going to show you her bathrooms in detail.

There are two bathrooms in the house and neither are ensuites.  The first is a narrow galley style room.  Mirrors are used everywhere to create the illusion of space to great effect.  The mirrored cupboard doors are unusual and I think they work very well. The floors in both bathrooms are dark boards.

There is also a shower in this bathroom, not in shot, but to the far front left of the room

The beautiful fluffy white towels never fail to exude a feeling of luxe.  These ones are trimmed with a black ribbon, which enhances their style.

The tapeware is bold and very beautiful.  The matching hand towels are divine.

and the scones seem to be from the same range as the tapware.

The detailing on the vanity is so simple and elegant.  The white theme is continued throughout.  This time with   a sweetly tied bouquet of roses and I adore the silver trinket box.

Downstairs is a bigger bathroom in a completely different style.  The sandstone wall is very rustic and contrasts beautifully against the pristine bath.  I love this simple vanity, again with the use of a mirror.  I told you they are everywhere

But of all the mirrors, this one is my favourite.  For a house where bidding is to start a $3 million, I think it says it all.  Go on you know you want me!!!!!!!!

You can see more of this house here if you haven't already.  Will I see you at the auction?

Today I am linked up here

  8. Love the mirrored double vanity! Do you know where the owners purchased it from or was it custom made? Would you know what the bench top is made from? Thanks so much for sharing the detailed images of this beautiful bathroom. Denita

  15. Wow! I have never seen a view from a beach house (or any other house in Blogland) that compares to that one! Paradise is a good description. I am going to see more. Unfortunately, way out of my league, but a girl can dream, right? xo
