A Bayview Beach House with a Great Floorplan

I do love the layout of this beautiful home with all the main rooms leading out to a covered terrace.  I think it is such a functional design, which is so suited to the Australian beach climate. This home makes the most of its stunning north east aspect.  All those beautiful sea breezes would be caught by the open plan nature of the home and just have a look at the view.  Bayview is my absolute favourite suburb on Sydney's northern beaches and next time we make a move, hopefully it will be to here.  Mr Beach House grew up in Bayview and is somewhat reluctant to move from where we are, but for me Bayview is the jewel in the crown of this idyllic part of the world.
