This is Avalon Beach House living at its best. This home is beautifully designed to take advantage of the Australian climate, with indoor and outdoor areas becoming one. Fabulously located close to the beach and village, I am off to check out this lovely beach house tomorrow. If you would like to as well, here are her details.
I love her sandstone foundations, fireplace and retaining walls. The bead boarding on the outdoor ceilings with exposed beams are also fabulous. I can't wait to swan around here tomorrow and live the dream, if only fleetingly.
