I spent my weekend indulging in water therapy. Lounging here!!!
Listening to its movement and watching the calming effect of its flow.
And pampering myself with body products to finish off the perfect 'me time' session.
Oh and if that wasn't enough water and self indulgence, we took a walk down to the beach to check out the surf. Hard to believe its Winter, except for the cool breeze and the layered clothing.
The surf was up and the sun was dumping rays. Every man and his dog had come out to watch the power of nature.

The real estate's pretty powerful as well.
You can tell it's Winter cause it's steamers all round. The sea was so big I asked these grommets where their parents were. They said they were fine and had they had just come in.
Mr Beach House had a tight grip on Beach House Brat number two as the waters edge was a whirlpool of foam. I took a mental note to get her on a list for swimming lessons for the Spring.

The surf was so good even the big guns were out. That guy pointing out to sea behind Mr Beach House is a past world surfing champion.
Well my down time was great and I'm now ready for whatever the coming week holds..... I hope!!!
Have a great one
