Beach House of the Week

This Beach House is located in Palm Beach, one hours drive north of Sydney.  It has panoramic views across Pittwater and is beautifully furnished. It appears to be incredibly cozy and comfortable.  The kids could be swimming in the pool whilst the parents watched them from the lovely deck on the second floor.

I am a little jaded this morning as I stayed up very late to watch the ceremony at a girls only wedding party.  The Brits do this all so well....It was just lovely, lets hope the media treats them with a little respect and they are able to succeed in that difficult but noble institution of marriage.  I think the winner on the day was aspiration.  I also couldn't help wondering what Diana would have been like at the ceremony.  I couldn't believe I shed a tear over her absence after such a long time, but those memories run very deep.  Even for a colonial  in the antipodes, like me. I sometimes question my own behaviour.  It was interesting to watch the British girls at the party, understandably they were all very proud and some were very homesick and wished they had been there.

Have a great weekend
Best Carolyn
